Our Fotona LightWalker® Laser has the capability to allow us to perform Biostimulation Therapy — or Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT). Biostimulation involves the application of low-power laser light to injuries and lesions. It is used to promote wound healing in cases of pain, or delayed healing by increasing cellular activity, as well as collagen synthesis, and therefore a decreased level of pain. Laser light is absorbed into the cells leading to an increase in comfort.
